One of our appointed managers is at your disposal to provide any support or additional information, including by showing suitable documentation, such as specific operating instructions, recipe books, original labels of the raw materials.

All raw materials such as - octopus, prawns, cuttlefish and some types of catch of the day - are to be considered fresh chilled products. These products have undergone a reclamation treatment capable of eliminating the risk of Anisakis transmission, which ensures the safety of the product, by bringing them to at least -20°C and subsequently maintaining them at this temperature for at least 24 hours before cooking. (EC Regulation n.583/2004).

Our water is naturized - The Naturization® process is not only to be considered an excellent treatment system for water for food use, but it is the only treatment created specifically for the treatment of drinking water. NATURIZZAZIONE® was created to eliminate defects that could be found in aqueduct water, improving its quality without creating negative side effects. NATURIZAZIONE® breaks down bad flavours, bad smells and solid impurities; it reduces, selectively and percentage-wise depending on the type and characteristics of the water, many of the chemical substances that may be present in it, then carrying out a bacteriological disinfection capable of guaranteeing the highest level of quality even in the worst conditions. The disinfection system, due to its effectiveness, constitutes the most important element of the entire treatment system. With Naturizzazione® there is no waste of water and an exceptional product is obtained, fresh, unpreserved and capable of making the use of mineral water superfluous. Compliance with what is required by the Ministerial Decree. 25/2012.
